As we scale our global footprint, we are looking for a high-energy, articulate HR Assistant to join our growth team.

The Role:

We are looking for an HR & Operations Assistant who brings more than just a checklist to work. In an international firm, HR is about being a steady, emotionally mature bridge between management and the team.

You will be the face of the office for our employees and the "right hand" for our leadership. This role requires someone who is articulate, highly organized, and possesses the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive matters with grace and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment lifecycle from drafting compelling job ads to screening high-caliber ACCA/Finance candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Lead the orientation process, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed and aligned with our Australian work culture from day one.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for team queries, managing grievances and conflict resolution with a calm, balanced perspective.
  • Records & Compliance: Maintain meticulous employee files and ensure all HR policies stay up to date.
  • Coordination: Manage monthly payroll data, including timesheet reviews, leave administration, and attendance tracking with 100% accuracy.
  • Documentation: Prepare payroll reports and handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Financial Admin: Reconcile petty cash, manage expense reports, and research the best deals for office procurement.
  • Calendar Logistics: Coordinate schedules and maintain a professional flow of communication via email and phone.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional written and verbal English is non-negotiable. You should draft executive-level emails and reports with ease.
  • You should be a seasoned professional who understands workplace boundaries. You should be resilient, empathetic, and capable of managing confidential HR data with zero compromise.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel, with an interest in improving workflows and office efficiency.
  • 1–3 years in HR/Admin within a global context. A BBA or MBA in Human Resources is a plus.
