What You’ll Do:

• Work directly on real hiring requirements
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with applicants
• Interact with candidates via calls & messages
• Learn how companies actually hire talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and hiring activities
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support daily HR operations
• Assist in employee engagement activities
