HR Assistant

Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent administrative and communication skills who is passionate about supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The successful candidate will assist in creating an efficient and positive workplace while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR reports.
• Assist with payroll preparation by collecting attendance and employee information.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Coordinate employee training sessions, meetings, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee record management, and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
