HR Assistant / Employee Relations (Arabic speaker)

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

To assist in administrative activities related to HR Services, ensuring employees' entitlements to salary and benefits are appropriately documented in accordance with Company's policies and procedure and employment contracts; ensure proper maintenance/regular update of the Personal system.

  • Personnel Administration
  • Insurance Coverage and End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
  • Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
  • Statements and Reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Human Resources management or administration is preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant Personal administration-related experience in a similar sized company
  • Male candidates preferred (for diversity)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
