Operations Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Point person for both agency and client
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Support employee relations and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Relevant HR experience preferred (please specify years in application)
  • Operations of onboarding recruitment and mobilization process.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Can work under pressure and less supervision

Benefits:

  • Salary (4,500 QAR)
