Are you passionate about supporting employees, managing HR processes, and contributing to a positive work environment? We're hiring an HR Admin who will play a vital role in our organization's human resources department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and coordination with insurance providers.
- Provide general HR administrative support, such as maintaining HR files, preparing reports, and handling employee inquiries.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Admin or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
