ey Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for teaching & non-teaching staff
  • Attendance & leave management (biometric, LWP, reports)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll inputs & staff compliance as per CBSE norms
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and exit processes
  • Coordinate staff trainings, meetings & welfare activities
  • Assist in performance appraisals and policy implementation
  • Address staff grievances professionally

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS/biometric systems
  • Good understanding of school HR operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
