Job Summary:
The HR Assistant Manager supports HR operations, policies, and employee relations while assisting the HR Manager in daily functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Support performance management and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4–6 years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • HR certifications are a plus
