HR Assistant UAE - Omani National

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
- Prepare and draft employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence in line with UAE labour regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases (both electronic and physical).
- Assist in processing new hires, visa renewals, cancellations, and other government-related HR procedures.
- Track employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime records for payroll preparation.
- Coordinate with PRO and management on HR documentation and approvals.
- Support in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in administrative or HR support roles (experience in a corporate or legal setting is an advantage).
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends if required.
- Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and integrity at all times.
