HR Assistant - (RC)

JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Assistant. In this vital role, you will assist our HR department in streamlining processes and ensuring a positive employee experience. The HR Assistant will be responsible for aiding in various HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement, by providing administrative support and contributing to HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruiting process by posting job listings, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Facilitate onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation for new hires.
• Maintain precise employee records and manage confidential HR documents.
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Help plan and organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Compile and maintain reports regarding HR metrics and statistics.
• Collaborate with HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an HR role or administrative capacity is preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
