About the Role

We’re looking for an Accounting professional who wants to make the jump into HR + Revenue Operations. If you love numbers, data, people, and processes — and want to straddle all of those — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Help with HR operations: onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, ensuring policies/compliance are followed.
• Own or assist revenue operations tasks: tracking sales/finance data, reporting, optimizing revenue-focused workflows.
• Build, maintain, and present reports and dashboards using Excel; design compelling slide decks & analysis in PowerPoint.
• Provide timely, clear communication to stakeholders (internally & externally).
• Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
