Job Title: HR Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to support our HR department in day-to-day operations. You will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and administrative tasks. Your role is to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to creating a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support payroll and attendance management.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Coordinate training, development, and induction programs.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, offer letters, and relieving letters.
  • Organize employee engagement and cultural activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards.
  • Work closely with management on HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers can also apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in HR operations in education, research, or academic support companies is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
