HR Associate

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Support the P&C team in daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation
  • Coordinate with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.) for employee documentation and compliance
  • Assist in processing and tracking residency visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and labour contracts
  • Liaise with the PRO team to ensure timely submission and follow-up on government-related applications
  • Handle employee queries regarding visas, leave balances, and general HR policies
  • Help organize employee training, engagement activities, and internal communication initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR procedures

Experience & Qualifications:

  • UAE National
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR function
