We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to oversee and manage the overall HR operations for our Construction Division. The role focuses on driving employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and compliance—ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies supporting operational needs.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and workforce planning coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
• Support payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Provide guidance to site HR teams to maintain consistency across all project locations.

Here's what you'll need -

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and employee engagement practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
