JOB PROFILE:
To effectively manage key HR operations, including employee contracts, visa processing, attendance, payroll support, and record maintenance, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering employee engagement through recognition programs and system management.
YOUR TASKS:
Employee Contract and Visa Management:
Handle preparation of new of labor contracts and process visa applications.
Coordinate with employees for medical tests and Emirates ID registrations.
Manage the renewal of labor contracts and residency visas for existing employees.
Attendance and Biometric Management:
Oversee biometric registration for employees.
Generate and manage attendance reports.
Employee Profile Management:
Create profiles for new employees in systems such as SAP, Olive, and e-HR.
Maintain reporting structures in SAP OM and ESS system.
Service Awards and Recognition:
Procure and distribute service awards across the Middle East region.
Organize, conduct & support on all employees engagement activities.
Visa Support for Saudi-Based Employees:
Provide support for employees in Employment & business visa processing, VFS appointments, documentations, etc.
Employee Records Maintenance:
Maintain and update both hard copy and soft copy records of employee ECF (Employee Confidential Files).
Payroll support:
Support monthly payroll for Dubai branch with regards to attendance reports, deductions, overtime, etc.
Act as substitute to handle end to end payroll entries as and when required.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration.
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in HR operations, payroll.
Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in HR systems like SAP, ESS, SuccessFactors.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes is a must.
Event planning and employee engagement experience is an added advantage.
