Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Manage ESI and EPF registrations, remittances, and monthly returns.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with government portals (EPFO, ESIC) and ensure timely submission of challans and reports.
  • Assist in recruitment, attendance management, and leave tracking.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Prepare HR-related MIS reports and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ESI, EPF, and HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
