Role Overview (Think Like SARC & Support Strategic Growth)
The HR Associate is the cornerstone of administrative and operational efficiency within the HR team. This role is essential for supporting Centro Hotels' ambitious growth to 240 properties by ensuring absolute standardization and systematization in all people-related documentation and processes. The Associate empowers both blue-collar and white-collar teams by providing prompt, accurate support, fostering a positive, human-centered work environment from day one.
Key Responsibilities and Duties (Empower Teams & Operational Excellence)1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage job postings on various platforms and schedule candidate interviews, serving as the primary liaison between candidates and the hiring team.
- Documentation Management: Prepare all offer letters, new-hire paperwork, and contracts. Ensure the collection and digital filing of all mandatory onboarding documents with meticulous accuracy.
- Candidate Communication: Handle initial applicant screening, follow-ups, and interview confirmations in a warm, professional manner that reflects the Centro brand culture.
2. HR Operations & Data Integrity
- Time & Attendance: Collect, verify, and reconcile daily/monthly attendance, leave requests, and overtime records. Accurately input and maintain this critical data in the HRMS/Payroll system for executive review.
- Record Management: Maintain highly organized and confidential physical and digital employee files (essential for scaling). Process routine HR letters (e.g., experience letters, confirmation letters) under the Executive's guidance.
- HRIS Support: Serve as the hands-on expert for daily data entry and integrity within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
3. Training, Engagement & Welfare (Be Hospitality-Savvy)
- Training Logistics: Coordinate the logistical setup for internal training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, material printing/distribution, and tracking attendance.
- Employee Support: Act as the initial administrative touchpoint for employee queries (e.g., leave balances, document requests), ensuring empathetic and timely redirection to the HR Executive when needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist the HR Executive in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives, maintaining a high level of guest delight for our internal customers (our team members).
Qualifications & Attributes (Stay Brand-Accurate)Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; a diploma in HR or a related field combined with relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in an administrative support role. Recent graduates eager to learn the HR function in hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is essential for standardized documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas) is required.
- Process Mindset: A strong aptitude for following established procedures and using checklists to ensure zero errors, supporting our goal of operational excellence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
