Experience:

  • 0-1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within the IT industry.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles across departments.
  • Circulate job descriptions through various channels.
  • Onboard new candidates and introduce them to others in the organization.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Conduct new hire orientations focusing on processes, tools, and company culture.
  • Identify improvement areas for employees with department heads and create training strategies.
  • Organize training and development activities.
  • Oversee employee performance.
  • Organize periodic performance appraisals.
  • Management of the employee directory.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the system.
  • Responsible for project initiation, regular status monitoring, milestone tracking, managing team availability and workload, and overseeing overall task progress.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualification and Skills Required

  • Required qualification in MBA (HR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
