Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within the IT industry.
Roles and responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles across departments.
- Circulate job descriptions through various channels.
- Onboard new candidates and introduce them to others in the organization.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
- Conduct new hire orientations focusing on processes, tools, and company culture.
- Identify improvement areas for employees with department heads and create training strategies.
- Organize training and development activities.
- Oversee employee performance.
- Organize periodic performance appraisals.
- Management of the employee directory.
- Maintain and update employee records in the system.
- Responsible for project initiation, regular status monitoring, milestone tracking, managing team availability and workload, and overseeing overall task progress.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualification and Skills Required
- Required qualification in MBA (HR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
