HR Associate

Location: Remote Experience: 0-6 Months Timings: 6 PM to 2 AM IST(Night Shift)

Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
