Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate and facilitate onboarding to deliver an engaging and smooth experience for new joiners.

Support end-to-end offboarding activities including documentation, exit formalities, and final settlements.

Assist with End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and collaborate with the PRO for GOSI and other government-related processes.
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HRIS and personal files.

Support monthly payroll activities including attendance, leave records, and overtime validation.

Learn and assist in operating key government HR platforms such as GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.

Prepare HR documentation including reports, letters, and internal communications.
