We are looking for an HR Associate who is not only operationally strong, but also creative in approach, resilient under pressure, and genuinely supportive of both employees and the organization.

The ideal candidate is someone who can think proactively, contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience, and remain composed and reliable in fast-paced or high-demand situations. This role requires balancing empathy and professionalism—supporting employees effectively while upholding company policies, standards, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employment documentation.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding processes including documentation, system setup, and orientation.
  • Assist in background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Employee Support & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for basic HR-related employee inquiries.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and HR system updates.
  • Coordinate with Finance on payroll inputs and employee data updates.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Support audits by maintaining organized and up-to-date HR documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

HR Projects & Support

  • Support HR initiatives, reports, and ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Assist in data collection and basic HR reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role or HR operations.
  • Bilingual: Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn and support multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with full-time, in-office availability.
