Position: HR Associate
Location: Dha Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan
Industry: Financial Services
Experience: 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar HR role.
Education: BBA or MBA with specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including coordination, documentation, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies across regions to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting in line with organizational requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records across the region, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle daily HR operational tasks such as attendance tracking, responding to employee queries, documentation, and coordination with support teams.
- Assist in executing employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR projects.
- Conduct regular check-ins with regional stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and ensure timely resolution of HR-related matters.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
