HR Associate (Male Only)

Brain Games Studio is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to manage and support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and strong understanding of HR policies, end-to-end recruitment, compliance, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee documentation, records, and HR files
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Manage attendance, leave, and coordination with payroll
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Support HR audits and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS systems
