Job Responsibilities: USA Process (HR Department)

  • Manage candidates through the hiring process within CRM and HRIS systems
  • Complete the onboarding process of the candidate after recruitment. Like activate their accounts on all portals
  • Manage candidate profile in all the systems post hire
  • Coordinate with various community organizations to schedule off-site onboarding as needed
  • Prepare and review electronic hiring documents and information forms
  • Assist and support the local branch with electronic personnel setup and verification of completion for new hires
  • Move candidates through respective workflows in a timely manner
  • Ensure timely responses to candidate inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide backup support to the recruitment team during peak periods or as needed.
  • Review I-9 forms, background check records, and drug testing results for adherence to US labor laws.
  • Review ATS workflows to ensure data entry and candidate statuses are updated accurately.
  • Flag underutilized system features that could improve efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • ENGLISH REQUIRED (Verbal and written)
  • Graduate
  • Minimum two years of work experience.
  • Ability to work from the office full-time
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on weekends, holidays if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
