Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

About the Role

AcolyteLiving.com is hiring a high-energy HR & Business Coordinator to manage PAN INDIA hiring, onboarding, and daily performance monitoring of Remote Business Managers & Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment of Remote Teams (PAN INDIA)
  • Daily coordination with 28 States & 8 UTs
  • Onboarding kit, NDAs, SOP handling
  • Maintain CRM, MIS, dashboards
  • Collect daily reports from Business Managers & TSA
  • Schedule training, performance review
  • Work with UK coordination team for daily goals
  • Maintain discipline, targets & reporting structure
