Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Corporate Human Resources team. As an HRBP, you will act as a consultant and advisor to leaders on talent–related issues and serve as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP is responsible for delivering both strategic and tactical HR support in areas of talent management, leadership development, employee relations, and culture enhancement. The successful candidate will anticipate talent-related needs, communicate proactively, and develop integrated solutions that align people strategies with business objectives. Directly leads an HR Generalist to support execution of day to day HR work as well as larger HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders in assigned client groups to develop and execute talent strategies & plans that support business goals.

Provide guidance and counsel to leaders on all aspects of the talent lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, performance management, development, etc.).

Lead and/or support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, and HR systems and analytics to continuously improve and deliver impactful HR programs and solutions to the business.

Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed.

Lead performance management processes and supports leadership in talent reviews and succession planning.

Support capability building needed for future business success through identification of development needs and partners with L&D teams to implement solutions.

Drive initiatives that support a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Marzetti purpose and values.

Lead development, execution and continuous improvement of HR programs (e.g. recognition, onboarding, etc.)

Develop, lead and oversee work of an HR Generalist direct report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

Minimum of 5 years strong progressive HR experience; previous HRBP experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred.

Working Conditions/Environment:
Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the office. The noise level in the office is quiet. Minimal travel to plants or meetings may be required.
