HR Business Partner

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and helping teams thrive? Dubai Media is looking for a Specialist – HR Business Partner who’s passionate about supporting employees and making work better for everyone!

In this role, you’ll help shape the employee experience by assisting HR Business Partners in bringing initiatives to life, supporting talent management, and helping teams and leaders with day-to-day HR needs. You’ll be involved in everything from employee engagement activities to HR reporting and process improvements, making sure every part of Dubai Media feels supported and empowered.

What you’ll do:

• Support HRBPs in building strong relationships with teams and leaders.

• Assist with HR programs, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Help address employee concerns and support basic employee relations.

• Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvements.

• Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, teamwork, and engagement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• 0–4 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome!).

• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office
