At Pure Healthcare, we take a radically different approach to HR. We genuinely care. We treasure our people, our patients, we are committed to their personal and professional growth, their connection to our vision, and the ability of our people to make a real impact among the patients whom we serve. Everything we do is rooted in reality, connection, and authentic purpose founded in timeless principles of leadership.
We believe in a true meritocracy, where individuals are recognized for their contributions, growth, vulnerability, and alignment with our Core Values: People Obsessed, Passionate, Accountable, Grateful, and Builders. We do not subscribe to performative HR trends or programs that divide rather than unite. Instead, we focus on building a culture of excellence where every person is valued for who they are, what they deliver, and how they treat each other.
In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner helping to shape that culture—someone who embodies our values and sees HR as a powerful force for modeling excellence, authenticity, and accountability.
If you’ve always wanted to be part of a team that challenges conventional HR thinking and rewards intentional connection, performance, and integrity, Pure Healthcare is where you’ll thrive. When you look back on your career you’ll see Pure as the catalyst to your success and will find yourself to be a unique force for good in the leadership halls of America.
