HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with senior management and project leads to align HR initiatives with business objectives specific to real estate development.

· Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture.

· Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback aligned with project timelines.

· Develop and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees, with focus on leadership, safety, and compliance.

· Support change management initiatives during business growth, project launches, and organizational restructuring.

· Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages competitive within the UAE real estate market.

· Utilize HR analytics to monitor workforce metrics and recommend solutions to improve employee retention and productivity.

· Champion the company’s values and culture, ensuring consistent communication and engagement across diverse teams.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5-6 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or related industries.

· Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and Emiratization policies.

· Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

· Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

· Immediate joining is preferrable.
