HR Business Partner Specialist

We’re currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner Specialist.


Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles,
  • Good knowledge of labor law,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.

The key duties of the successful candidate are:

  • Being single point of contact, taking ownership and driving of all HR processes with a high level of attention and taking an action quickly,
  • Executing onboarding, performance management, organizational development, disciplinary processes,
  • Collaborating with department managers to address business needs and create tailored solutions,
  • Supporting workforce planning and monitoring activities for partner departments in line with company goals,
  • Reviewing HR processes for effectiveness, suggesting improvements, and ensuring timely outputs,
  • Contributing to projects related to the Employee Life cycle process (Recruitment, Onboarding, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Reporting).
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducting effective, and objective investigations,
  • Collaborating with respective teams to develop projects,
  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reporting of all tasks.
