We are currently seeking an organized, proactive HR Coordinator to join our dedicated team. What you ll be doing:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screenings and interview scheduling.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
  • Managing HR records, including employee data, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars, enhancing skill development and performance.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Addressing employee inquiries and problems, offering timely and supportive solutions.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to review procedures and improve HR functions.
