Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Communication Executive, located in Lahore. The HR & Communication Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling employee relations. A typical day may include recruiting new talent, coordinating onboarding processes, and facilitating communication between staff and management. The role also involves maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information to students and parents about study abroad services.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, schedule counselling sessions, and assist in closing clients by confidently explaining services and processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, queries, follow-ups, and applications in CRM/Excel.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage HR documentation such as attendance, leave records, and employee files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee onboarding, training coordination, and act as a point of contact for staff queries.
  • Help organize internal meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between client communication and HR operations while upholding professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the educational consultancy industry is a plus
