Key responsibilities

  • Policy and Program Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with federal, state, and local labor laws and internal standards.
  • Legal Monitoring: Stay current on all relevant legislation, including those related to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and wage and hour laws, and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Auditing and Risk Assessment: Conduct regular audits of HR practices (e.g., hiring, onboarding, termination) to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Training and Guidance: Educate HR staff, managers, and employees on compliance-related matters and new policies.
  • Investigations: Lead and manage investigations into compliance violations, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions are taken.
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues to ensure fair and legally compliant resolutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
