HR & Compliance Officer

Narsimhapur, India

We are a fast-growing eCommerce & manufacturing company in the gardening space with 80+ employees across office and factory teams. We are hiring a dedicated in-house HR professional to manage compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. This is a full-time, office-based role in Narsinghpur.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for office staff and factory/warehouse workers.
  • Maintain attendance and leave systems.
  • Support and implement HR policies.
  • Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Officer.
  • Experience managing both white- and blue-collar employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory filings.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Willing to work full-time from Narsinghpur.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HRMS/attendance/payroll software.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or eCommerce.
  • Strong conflict resolution and people-management skills.
