Key Responsibilities
- Law Monitoring:Stay informed about evolving employment laws, regulations, and legal requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Policy Development:Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices, such as those for equal opportunity, harassment prevention, and safety.
- Audits and Assessments:Conduct regular internal audits of HR practices and systems to identify areas of non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and ensure data accuracy.
- Record Management:Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, salary, and employment details, in compliance with retention laws.
- Training and Guidance:Provide training and guidance to HR staff, management, and employees on compliance matters to ensure understanding and adherence to policies and laws.
- Complaint Investigation:Investigate HR compliance complaints and violations, taking appropriate action to address issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Reporting:Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal management, highlighting compliance status and areas for improvement.
- Legal Collaboration:Work with legal counsel to address complex compliance issues, interpret legal requirements, and ensure proper handling of legal matters.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
