Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, registers, and reports related to compliance audits.
- Liaise with government authorities and external consultants for inspections and filings.
- Oversee employee documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee database, and statutory registers up to date.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring statutory deductions and compliance requirements are met.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, employee communication, and grievance handling.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR compliances and statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Education:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
