HR Consultant (Project-Based / 3–6 Months)

A well-established luxury retail company operating in Oman, representing internationally renowned brands in perfumes, beauty, luxury gifts, and lifestyle products. The company operates multiple premium retail outlets across the Sultanate and is recognized as one of the leading luxury retail chains in Oman.

Short-term HR Consultancy Assignment (3–6 Months)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to review and realign the HR policies, procedures, and governance framework of the organization to ensure alignment with regional standards and best practices.

The consultant will work closely with the Group Head – HR based in Dubai (Regional Head Office) and will support the transformation and standardization of HR processes across Capital Stores operations in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review current HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and HR regulatory requirements.
• Realign HR policies and procedures with regional HR standards applied across group companies.
• Identify gaps in HR governance, compliance, and operational processes.
• Develop updated HR policies, manuals, and SOP frameworks.
• Provide advisory support to management on HR structure and best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Oman Labour Law.
• Proven experience as HR Consultant / HR Transformation Lead / Senior HR Manager.
• Strong experience in HR policy development, HR governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Prior experience in retail or luxury retail sector will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on a project-based assignment in Muscat for 3–6 months.

Reporting Line:

The consultant will report directly to the Group Head – HR (Regional Head Office – Dubai).

Pay: Up to RO1,000.000 per month
