Job Title: Recruitment & HR Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & HR Coordinator to support our hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to gain experience in recruitment and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen CVs from different platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers/sheets.
  • Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates on their status.
  • Support the team in other basic HR coordination tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (students/fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and online platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a plus (not mandatory).

Pay: Up to Rs30,000.00 per month
