We are seeking an HR Coordinator to manage daily administrative tasks and support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of personnel records.
  • Act as a point of contact regarding employee queries and concerns.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and assist with payroll.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience of 2 years as an HR Coordinator is required.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
