Job Purpose:
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR operations across the group of companies. The role requires a strong understanding of basic HR functions, payroll processes, and the ability to communicate effectively in business English. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to provide efficient HR support to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, documentation, HR correspondence and insurance policies .
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in employee salary processing.
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, initial screenings, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee databases, personal files, and HR-related systems , Zoho people and Zoho payroll software.
  • Provide support in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Assist with leave management, attendance tracking, and other HR-related reports.
  • Draft official communications, memos, and letters in professional business English.
  • Support HR compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with different departments across the group of companies to ensure consistent HR practices.
  • Assist in basic HR analytics and reporting for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in construction Industry
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and payroll processes.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command of business English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in Zoho people and Zoho payroll software
