The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources and administrative functions of the organization. This role focuses on day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, benefits



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience in a design, creative, or boutique firm environment is an advantage.
