Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain all candidate documents (Passport, Photos, CV, Medicals, GAMCA login, PCC status).
  • Book GAMCA appointments, follow up with candidates, collect reports on time.
  • Prepare and update mobilisation checklist for every candidate.
  • Follow up with candidates who are selected but not responding.
  • Support with joining dates, visa tracking, ticketing coordination.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and basic admin records for internal staff.
  • Prepare daily status reports for Recruitment Manager & Founder.

Requirements

  • 1–3 yrs experience in HR/admin/recruitment coordination.
  • Good Excel and WhatsApp communication.
  • Fast follow-up skills and ability to chase missing documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
