Ninja is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our human resources team in various administrative and operational functions. Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR documentation, ensuring that employee records are accurate and up-to-date

Operations tasks, including payroll, letters, probation periods and contracts

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws

Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and events

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and assist in resolving any issues

Prepare reports and maintain HR metrics for internal tracking and analysis
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in an HR support role
