Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in electronic systems.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating interviews with candidates.
  • Monitor attendance and prepare accurate monthly payroll reports.
  • Support the HR Manager in managing leaves, contracts, renewals, and terminations.
  • Participate in employee training and development programs.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and electronic systems such as Qiwa, Mudad,... etc to ensure full compliance.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management and analyze HR data when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government electronic systems (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem,... etc).
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
