HR Coordinator

Location: Indorewala ENT Hospital | Nashik

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support and strengthen the hospital’s HR operations. The role focuses on HR documentation, NABH HR compliance, attendance management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and staff training, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with NABH HR standards and maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, shift coordination, and payroll inputs
  • Support talent acquisition: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
  • Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining training records
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospital HR policies
  • Coordinate with department heads for staffing and HR requirements

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of HR experience (hospital experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
  • Working knowledge of NABH standards (HR chapter)
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using HRMS and attendance systems
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
