As a new HR Coordinator at RadX Inc., you will engage in a variety of tasks that are essential to our operations. Daily, you will assist in recruiting top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. You'll maintain employee records meticulously and support the administration of HR programs and policies. Collaborating with team members, you will facilitate communication between departments, addressing any HR-related inquiries promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace environment by coordinating training sessions and promoting our core values.
Keeping up with compliance regulations will also be part of your routine responsibilities, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below represent the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to
perform this job successfully.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an HR administrative, coordination, or support
role.
Experience with HRIS platforms; experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with onboarding, employment eligibility verification (Form I-9), and payroll
processes.
Basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices.
Human Resources certification preferred.
