HR Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our growing IT organization. This role focuses primarily on talent operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR process excellence, with light involvement in project coordination activities. Experience in offshore US-based hiring will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Talent Operations (Primary Focus)

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
• Support offshore hiring for US clients (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and HR documentation
• Drive seamless onboarding and employee lifecycle management
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Assist in performance review cycles and HR reporting

Project Coordination Support (Secondary)

• Coordinate with delivery teams for basic resource tracking
• Assist in interview scheduling and hiring pipeline alignment
• Support cross-functional communication between HR and project teams
• Maintain simple utilization or staffing trackers when required

Human Capital Optimization

• Track key HR metrics and suggest process improvements
• Support skill mapping and workforce visibility initiatives
• Help implement HR automation and efficiency improvements
• Contribute to scalable HR processes for a growing IT environment

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical mindset with comfort in Excel/HR dashboards
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced IT environment

Good to Have (Add-On)

• Experience in offshore hiring for US-based clients
• Exposure to ATS/HRIS tools
• Basic understanding of IT roles and skill stacks
• Prior coordination experience in IT services firms

Pay: ₹13,403.09 - ₹25,168.00 per month
