HR Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Coordinate with department managers for hiring needs
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in Qatar)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
