Job Summary:
El Rincon del Trabajador LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, administrative HR tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support payroll preparation by collecting relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.)
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Help implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and local labor laws
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and assist with performance management processes
- Organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations in Qatar is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software or HRIS systems
- Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
