The Role: What You’ll Do
As our HR Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our people operations. You will support the entire employee lifecycle—from welcoming fresh talent to managing day-to-day HR administrative pillars—ensuring our team in Lusail feels supported, engaged, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support: Coordinate interview schedules, liaise with prospective candidates, and manage the initial vetting process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the welcome experience for new hires, coordinating documentation, IT setups, and orientation schedules to integrate them smoothly into Droitlab.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate, highly confidential employee digital records, manage attendance tracking, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a go-to resource for internal HR queries and help organize team-building events, wellness initiatives, and culture-driven activities.
- PRO & Compliance Liaison: Work closely with our corporate PRO to track and coordinate QID issuance, visa renewals, medical commissions, and ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR administration, coordinator, or generalist role, ideally within a progressive corporate environment in Qatar.
- Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of Qatar Labor Law, visa processes, and standard HR best practices.
- People Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the absolute discretion required to handle sensitive personnel information.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern HRIS software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and the MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Local Presence: Currently residing in Qatar with a valid, transferable QID. Ability to commute daily to our office in Lusail Marina.
